Visitor analytics

Just Us Island records a random browser identifier to count visits. It also records the IP address supplied by the hosting network, country when available, browser information and visit time. The site owner uses this to understand visits and troubleshoot the game.

Detailed IP and browser records expire after 30 days. Expired records are deleted when the next visit is recorded. Daily visit counts and random browser identifiers remain for historical statistics. IP addresses can be shared or changed and do not identify a person reliably.

Detailed records are restricted to the configured administrator. The public counter shows totals only.

Visible play sessions and connection diagnostics are recorded separately from visits and retained for 30 days. Bug reports include the description you submit and game, browser and connection details, and remain until the administrator deletes them. These records are available only to the administrator.
